The Verandah

The homestead has always been well maintained and cared for. The window boxes are full of petunia's and the verandah's a great place to spent those long summer evenings and great friends.

The red folkart pig is always there to welcome.

In winter the verandah is still a place to take shelter and great fun to decorate for the holiday season.

-- ABOUT THE HOUSE --

* The house features a large kitchen with island, dining room, laundry, bathroom, living room and master bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor.
*There are 1 Queen and 2 Doubles beds in total.
*Other features - propane fireplace, Satelite TV, internet, BBQ, games, books, free WiFi.
*The grounds are well kept with an orchard, gazebo, vegetable garden and a large barn where Kerras Jeffery @ Backroad Folkart www.backroadfolkart.blogspot.com stores and sells reclaimed architectural pieces and furniture.

*There's a fire-pit with lots of fire wood. There are 4 bicycles for guests to use in the garage c/w helmets.

* CONFEDERATION TRAIL is 500m from the homestead along with two country clay roads nearby.

* ENTERTAINMENT - almost every evening you can find a Ceilidh or Kitchen Party somewhere in West Prince. Monday - ; Tuesday - ; Wednesday - Kitchen Partys at St. Hall, O'Leary Corner 6:30pm; Thursday - Lot 7 St. Mark's Parish Centre ; Friday - Albert & Crown Pub & Eatery; Saturday - .
